"This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...

"First of all its price and what you get it's munchies. Its not 5 star hotel but if you need clean bathroom and bed it's for you. Good for catching taxi very close to markets restorant staffs. Close to aeroport First of all ."

"Did not stay there at all! We had bookings but when we turned up there to check in we were not allowed to enter the site as the owner of the condo did not inform the security that we have a booking. Very disappointing and of course we had no energy to argue as we just got off the very long flight. We just wanted to rest and ended up staying at another condo. I personally think this people just take the money but not interested in letting people stay. Oh wait, while at the buliding we tried to...

"Unit was tidy, and well maintained. Any problems were solved quickly. Location is good but like most of the philippines traffic noise is high! Suggested improvements would be a real mattress on the bed instead of foam. Otherwise no problems here at all!"

"A little confusion checking in, as the front desk didn’t seem to know which unit we were supposed to be in... but confusion cleared up rather quickly. Front desk also did not have a password for the WiFi, but was able to get it after a short wait ( had to call a unit contact to get it). Fairly convenient to get to airport (which was reason for choosing this location) and the price was very reasonable."

"Location of the unit is good but we Ask for 3 people to stay but gave only 2 BABY/ TODDLER blankets and 2 towels as there is additional charge for the 3rd towel. The unit smells gross, musty or roach smell needs to be clean thoroughly."

"The front desk gave me a scare when after early check in & been staying at the place for 2 days, desk lady told me my reservation for the next 4 days (which I had booked & paid for since February 2024) has been cancelled, that I needed to sort it myself. I was beyond mad, left the counter. When I came back she told me it was all arranged & taken cared of. "
