"I went to conference and the hotel was close by. It’s located near everything central in Hamburg. The valet service is comprehensive and front of house staff are very attentive in regards to taking care of taxis and welcoming you to the hotel. Check in staff are all friendly and fun. The rooms are very European and basic styling but they are generously proportioned and well cleaned. In fact, the cleanliness was very high. This is a good hotel, it won’t disappoint. "

Just a short walking distance, the staff were fantastic also and we very accommodating to allow us to leave our luggage at reception after we checked out as we had a later flight to save us taking our bags with us, hope to stay here again."
