"We really enjoyed our time at the property. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast had plenty of options, the rooms were spacious and the property was very pretty. But a word of warning, the beds are extremely hard. I have hip issues and my husband has back issues and the bed was too hard for us and we suffered from a lack of sleep. A new bed was installed in our room during our stay and was even harder than the original bed. (the hotel received new beds for all the rooms). I...

"This is a small boutique hotel with only eight guest bungalows. Very quiet, easy to get around. Breakfast everyday was great with a great selection to choose from. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Cant say enough about the staff! There is not one thing we would complain about. The bungalows are beautiful and the grounds are stunning! We would definitely return!"

"Walking through the gates of Visakha was like walking into an oasis. The staff are welcoming and happy. It was lovely to see the same faces and talk to manager Jay. My family of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. Everything was clean and inviting. With an outdoor bathroom downstairs and great space, mini bar, robes and slippers we felt relaxed. "Loved the beach club and managed to enjoy the seafood BBQ which was delicious. On arrival was given a voucher for afternoon tea of tea & cakes. Lovely pools and poolside service, cocktails and food where I was able to wait for a late flight. The bar staff were knowledgeable and efficient, the porters and concierge were exceptional and they went above and beyond to make this a wonderful stay. Thank you, Puri Santrian, will definitely return. "

"Privacy in a large 400m2 green walled garden villa with pool. Quiet. The twice daily room clean conducted whilst you were dining was above and beyond many very expensive properties we have stayed in. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant was good with an Indonesian menu. This property is away from the beach area and restaurants but they do provide transport free of charge to get you there and back. For a restful experience we highly recommend it."

"This is a good 5 star choice located on the Hyatt Regency beach strip. Really it is a competitor with the Hyatt but with much classier rooms - especially if you book the Impressive Suites and above. Some rooms have their own pool $$$. The service is terrific and, importantly, the aircon is adjustable. The family pool is not quite big enough in our view.
