"Dunking donut semi blocked the only wheel chair entrance while leaving Friday morning. I had to take my son’s wheel chair over the curb and then jockey my car out of parking spot. All for a semi that was not even delivering to the hotel. Shame on management for allowing."

"The weather in January in Springville can be pretty nasty, and true to form a snowstorm came through the day we arrived. The hotel was perfectly located for me to stay the night while my husband was having surgery. My king suite was excellent and the bed was extremely comfy. The complimentary breakfast offered plenty of choices. My only minor issue was they should have plowed around the hotel more often than they did, especially during a snowstorm, so customers didn't have to walk through...
