We were very unhappy with the lack of hot water, the condition of the shower area, lack of supplies for the bathroom area. Our room was never freshened up and when asked they stated that they only do that every three days. There was one small bar of soap the size of a golf ball. The room was for handicap personnel and only had a handheld that needed to be cleaned. We chose to leave early and when we were checking out we were told that booking through does not allow refunds or reimbursements for leaving early. There was no conversation of another room or seeing what they could do to help. This will probably be our last time staying. We were able to find a room at the local ski resort for far less and in much better condition. we wish we didn't have to move, but they weren't very helpful with accommodating only telling us that they were sorry and when a lot of people stay at the hotel the hot water can take awhile and be short in quantity.
