"Perfect for our needs. The apartment was clean, tidy and well situated, so very peaceful. The place was fairly busy but it didn’t feel crowded or loud. Staff were excellent - friendly, helpful and kind. We were on first name terms! The Pearl Bar was a great place to hang out; played pool, met lots of people, good old fashioned music. "I absolutely loved my stay here, the only reason it is not 5 stars is upon walking in and during check in uou are presented with a very long list of rules you need to sign to acknowledge and how much the fines are per infraction. For example you cannot take drinks in however there is not a bar to buy drinks from. Fine for this is 2000 baht. Visitors to the hotel is a 10k baht fine amongst a long list of other things including smoking. Breakfast was a bit lack luster and I struggled as a vegan...

"We had a great stay here. For the price and location, you can’t do better on Koh Lanta! My only complaint is the beach bar - they have 2 for 1 cocktails (220 thb) and we ordered one. They were so small you could literally pour them together in one cocktail glass and that still didn’t make a Norma size drink. We complained to the staff about it, but they did not care. Last drink we had there! As long as you skip those drinks, it’s a five star property!"
