"Fascinating architecture -- a textile factory that's been done up. It has exposed ceilings and huge windows. It's clean and the bed is comfortable and the staff are kind and the kitchen was well-equipped, except for the coffee maker. I loath the 'expresso' makers that require a coffee capsule - it's just super-expensive instant coffee that gives you the fake feeling that you're a barista, and the resulting cup is disappointing. "We spent a week at the Kronprinz Hotel in Falkensee in September 2014, and were very pleased with the accommodations. The location was approximately 20-30 minutes from downtown Berlin by train, which was a 15 minute walk from the Hotel. Since we didn't want to drive in the downtown Berlin traffic, this worked out quite well.
