"We enjoyed our stay at Crossways, the staff were friendly and polite however we had to draw attention to the room being dusty and the shower not working properly. They were very apologetic and cleaned the room immediately, however it was a weekend stay with no maintenance workers so we had to make do with the shower. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The free breakfast was excellent and the evening meal was enjoyable and not overpriced. I found it difficult to use the Rolec EV chargers...

The hotel is lovely The food is amazing And the staff there were fantastic so friendly and helpful ....it makes such a massive difference to a stay .....congratulations on a great team.
