"Friendly and accommodating staff. They were all very responsive to any questions and willing to help. I read other reviews regarding the credit card hold. While they do retain a credit card during your stay to cover any incidentals, ours was released as soon as we checked out. Honestly, I don't understand how the hold is a shock to anyone or why anyone would think they could pay in cash for a hotel room. The room was spacious (we had the Gold suite) and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was impressive and the food was fresh."

Beautiful rooms. Great bar and pool area. Ideal stay, and would choose to stay here again if ever return to Ronda. What a breathtaking place! "

"This hotel has significantly improved since its refurbishment. The rooms are modern and well appointed. The staff are first class as are the dining options available. It’s very convenient for the town and the pool is well maintained with plentiful seating The only downsides Is the location to the road but you could not hear it in the rooms, just a little noisy around the pool, although the hotel have taken screening measures to reduce this. The bar is a little pricey but not unexpected considering the location. We will definitely stay again if visiting the resort "
