The hotel front desk staff were super friendly, and went above and beyond with a warm welcome when we arrived late on the first night. "It’s around our 10th visit to this amazing hotel so that probably speaks for itself :-) Truly 5 star experience from checkin to departure. We had a lovely meal at Peppers where they even created a vegetarian main for us and the service was exceptional. Sea view rooms are a delight and the balcony provides a great sun trap with full sun all day on this side. If we had one little gripe it would be the aircon in the winter does not really cool the room but we were given an upgraded room as a result...
