"Overall nice boutique hotel in Central Granada in walking distance to all sights. Did not eat at the restaurant but it looked nice. Quiet room even it was facing the street. Pleasant neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bistros. Cons: parking was ot available, had to ise public parking garage a mile away. No help in getting luggage cart / loading luggage and help bringing to room A 4- star hotel should have that concierge service. Otherwise nice hotel, i'll recommend for biz or vacay...

"Absolutely loved the room. Very comfortable, nice surprise of a small fridge and a safe. Small disappointment there was no in room coffee/tea machine. Also no English language options at all on tv even for Paramount or American made movies. Reception and gastropub bar staff were friendly and helpful. "
