"Our experience with this hotel was amazing and honestly beyond all my expectations. We arrived early morning (me and my little daughter), Muhammad did a very smooth check in for us. It was very important for me that we get a room asap so that my daughter could sleep after a long flight. Muhammad said they were expecting us and it was great (however, I was prepared for the worst). So that was a very nice welcoming gesture from the hotel. We got a very nice, clean and quiet room with a garden view - exactly what I’ve booked and expected. The beach and the sea are just spectacular, with all the facilities and staff being amazing and helpful. I have to say it’s very windy by the sea even on a hot day so that’s not for everyone and not every parent would allow a kid to spend time in water due to that. However, for us it was perfect and we enjoyed it to the fullest. The food was delicious, the restaurant staff were ever so kind to my daughter and me. I would like to say special thanks to Mackline, Sehee, Claire and Komal who provided exceptional service on our all meals at the main restaurant and were so friendly with Rosie. We were so well looked after. That place wouldn’t be that great without those ladies. Although all the restaurant staff including chefs were very polite, knowledgeable and understanding when we chatted about the dishes or dietary requirements for my daughter. Special thanks to the chef Mohammad! Overall we loved the hotel and we’ll be back! "
