"The best service i ever experienced, on the reception they have mohamed and mohssine who have been good and very efficient and very welcoming, on the restaurant yassine was very welcoming too. they changed my room after a small issue in the smell, it was very good two nights. WiFi was decent as was the air con. Unfortunately, the lock on our door didn’t work and we spent the days there with a door that would never lock. "Lovely central location, good eager service, pretty view from bedroom, filling breakfast but hotel itself is in need of renovation, updating and modernizing and better lighting. Room lights, walls, flooring, bed mattress, bathroom…all challenging for elderly tourists. Pool was warm and good for lap swimming. We will return because the staff was great! Very welcoming"

"First and foremost, for a 4-star hotel, this is the first time I heard of a hotel not having towel upon check-in. Second, they are very poor with responding to emails; we’ve had to send multiple emails in order to receive a simple yes or no answer (e.g. airport pick and drop-off). Excellent central base for exploring Casablanca

"This hotel is very centrally located, convenient for business or tourism. The fixtures are slightly dated, but everything is well maintained. The gym is very good and modern. The food here was outstanding - great breakfast buffet, very decent lunch in the lobby lounge, and a wonderful Moroccan restaurant for dinner. Very warm and friendly service. "

"The property is beautiful with a huge beach area right behind it. You can see the large Atlantic Ocean waves rolling in from the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was very good, especially the local cuisine. The room was spacious and very modern. And the best was the staff. They took care of us very well throughout our stay. And it wasn’t one person but everyone. Very big focus on customer service. "
