"Fantastic view of the sea from the bedroom terrace. We even saw deer walking by. Dinner and breakfast were ample and delicious. Free very delicious wine and beer served with dinner too! We hired a motorbike to visit all the view points and other island which was great. The friendly owners lent us masks and snorkel and wet suit (march - cold sea) and took us to the best snorkeling beach.we saw a turtle as soon as we entered the water. "Average experience, this is clearly a newly open residence and only one floor is in service while the owner is still renovating the second floor. Maybe a lot for one person to handle , but professionalism could improve, cleanliness was ok but not perfect and while some things are newly renovated, this is an older building. Owner is helpful though and this may all improve in time . For now it’s a bit expensive for what it is, but there is limited options on Aka island anyways. "

"This modest, family-run establishment tries hard to please. They are eager to answer questions and provide help with transportation and island activities. They prepare a generous traditional Japanese breakfast that must be ordered in advance. "The only thing we did not like is that we wished we had stayed longer. The property provided transportation from the port and to drop us off at the port upon check out. Honda was incredibly helpful, outgoing and kind to us. The property and rooms are clean. A short walk to the main tourist attraction. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We can't thank the staff enough for going above and beyond. "
