"I liked the property as soon as I walked in. It is well kept and has a peaceful vibe to it. I liked spending an hour or so on the property balcony on the 3rd floor as the view was nice and just watching the world go by. I liked that there was no TV, so that you can just proper relax and read a book. "I wanted to give them 5 stars. Everything was excellent, except the most important, the beds. The mattresses were too well used and had a plastic covering so we were all sweating against the mattress even though the aircon was as cold as you wanted."

"This is a very nice hotel with beautiful grounds, a friendly staff and good reasonably priced food. The room was very nice and comfortable with good internet. Bathroom was very cute with an atrium and live plants. Two negatives to the bathroom were no air conditioning ducts to keep it cool and no shower enclosure. This made it difficult to shower without getting the floor very wet. A shower enclosure and an A/C duct would solve this problem. Other than that the room was very very nice. "

"This hotel needs some work. The staff was very friendly but the rooms give off a very cold almost creepy asylum feel. Beds are hard and the blankets were stained. Grime in the corners. Won’t stay again."

"Very difficult to find. Not ready to accept guests as it is a house not renovated to be hotel-like. The receiving bench is covered with dirty linen/seat cover. The house is not attractive to guests. It was not designed to accomodate paying guests. The toilet is dirty although the water supply is good. The room is very hot, no ventilation. "

"We had a nice 4 day stay , staff was very nice , the facility was well maintained , close to SM mall , only thing I can say that can be improved is making sure the breakfast buffet doesn’t run out , someone should be keeping an eye and the food should be kept warm - loved the hot cocoa in the morning !"

"It had a beautiful view of the mountain in the morning from the balcony. Easy access to transportation. A 7-Eleven on the corner, which made it convenient to buy supplies. The only drawback To have to walk up and down the hill and that really wasn’t that bad."
