"Ginevra rooms is beautiful! We loved the watch theme and got to stay in the cartier room, of which there was a hige cartier watch on the wall behind the bed. Leila was lovely, polite and very helpful during our stay. The room was clean, modern and exatcly what we needed. I have been to Bergamo 3 times and will definitely be using Ginevra rooms again."

"We stayed here one night - mainly to go see Atalanta v Juventus - 5 mins from Gewiss stadium - also only a 15 min walk to Citta Alta so great safe location. Room / Shower great and a fresh (self service) breakfast delivered to your room - Recommended. "

"Professional and friendly staff, very quiet area and our sleep was perfect! Supermarket is next door. Walkable diatance to transoprt links- train and bus station to reach other cities aswell as exploring Citta Alta. The only downside was limited amount on international channels and no YouTube on TV."

"The hotel appeared a bit old from the exterior but our room was actually in an upgraded area of the hotel and was quite comfortable. We even had a view of the old city centre on the hill. The location is fabulous as it's close to the funicular to the old town as well as being close to the city centre and the train station. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. Overall, great stay!"

"Well priced centrally located hotel in the heart of old town Bergamo, located above a friendly restaurant/ coffee shop. Room was basic but adequate for a short stay, only downside was the shower ( we had read previous reviews so knew this might be an issue) it was snug & water came out in bursts rather than a constant flow."

"Very good hotel in the middle of the old town. Only two items I can think of where the hotel could improve: 1- the air conditioning system in the rooms is not particularly user friendly, so one may end up feeling either too cold or too warm; 2- as the hotel seems to be family run, the same person who looks after breakfast is supposed to help customers check out, which clearly is an issue if somebody is in a serious hurry. If so, I'd suggest customers to clearly state at what time they need to...

"We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s centrally located just next to the entrance of the old town. There are only 6 bedrooms in the hotel so it feels super friendly. The staff was AMAZING. They were all so pleasant and helpful. They made our stay super comfortable. The breakfast is good and the aperitivo on the terrace was great. Fully recommended!"

"We needed to wait for a long time for someone to open the main door both at the time of arrival and during check out. The page of the hotel advertise free parking but it wasn't. The "free" parking was on the street and only during the night. When we asked for a longer parking place the hotel charged us 10€. The staff was very nice and polite despite those problems! "

"I booked this property kind of last minute and in a rush that i did not realize that they requested 48 hour advance notice for the arrival time. There isnt a front desk. When we arrived at the property and went through the doors I knew that i needed to look at the check-in instructions. At that moment, I saw that they needed advance notice. I was able to call the number listed and the host picked up after a few rings. I informed her of our arrival and she said someone would meet us in 15 min....

"The place is in the middle of the old town, which is a perfect location. I also have to appreciate the super-friendly owner/provider who helped me accommodate and explained everything. My bathroom was not within my room, but the bathroom was private (just for my room), so no big deal. The place can also be a bit noisy, but that is the tax for being in the centre of the old town."

"The hotel was very near to the airport bus so it was very easy to get from the airport. As it is on a direct bus route to the Citta Alta access to there was easy. Staff were helpful; we were able to store our luggage due to a late flight and to borrow umbrellas. We will stay again."
