"Extremely comfortable and excellent service. We would definitely stay again. The room was spacious with a nice balcony looking over the street (though was not noisy at night at all). Super comfy memory foam mattress and pillows felt brand new! Room was warm and cozy. Hotel in good condition. Great breakfast and coffee downstairs, and you can buy a bottle of wine to take up to your room, which we did and it was delicious. "Read the description well and all the reviews. As a combination student housing and other mixed-use facility, you may not be used to the arrangement. I personally found it to be perfect for my needs. It was confortable, clean, and had very friendly staff. "Functional hotel. Very clean with friendly staff. Room smallish but fine. Likewise the bathroom. Unfortunately the heating failed onthe 1st night and didnt get fixeduntil the 3rd night. Aheater was provided but was very noisy! Breakfast was good apart from the final day where they ran out of bowls, platesetc. so no way to eat cereal!"

"Very clean, nice hotel , fairly modern look, rooms were spacious and clean however you are not able to control the climate control in your room you have to contact the front desk to turn on/off the AC which was a bit of a pain Otherwise an overall good place and value for what we paid .. shopping is also within walking distance "
