"We had a very good stay at 9 Hotel . We were initially given a room with a small double bed instead of a two singles but the staff were very good at rectifying the situation. The rooms and bathrooms are compact but very clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Perfect for our needs. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Gare du Nord and as such is perfect for passengers arriving on the Eurostar. We will definitely stay there again."

"From my early arrival when they graciously stored my luggage, to check out, Maison-Mere gives a lesson in guest service like I have never seen.
