I stayed for a Paris weekend. Compared to other Paris hotels I have stayed in the twin superior was spacious with a huge bathroom and bathtub. As other reviewers mentioned anyone with mobility issues will find getting into the tub difficult. I felt welcomed and safe as a female solo traveler. Very convenient neighborhood for travel to saint ouen flea market, Montmartre Sacre Coeur and Pigalle. The property seemed a little run down but everything was clean and maintained, just older. Did not try the breakfast. The little atrium was nice to relax with free snacks between adventures. Would stay again or try other properties in this chain.

Loved this property and their staff. I wish I could have gotten everyone's names to mention. Everyone was courteous and polite. Two young man and a lady during the day is who I talked to most. I remember "Guy" was one other. So sweet and helpful. Best of all, they all spoke English! Loved this hotel.

Really nice hotel close to St Lazarre. The rooms were clean and modern. The neighborhood around is quiet but there are lots of restaurants and cafes close by.

Hotel was in a good location and was clean. However, they instead of offering us the VIP access room upgrade like written on the page, we instead got a room on street level just behind the reception. It was loud in the mornings due to people talking at the reception the room looking towards the street. It meant that we could never open the blinds and the room was very dark. On top of everything, on our second day the lights in the room went off and although we requested to get them fixed, nobody did and we had to use the light from the bathroom as the main light. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel because the rooms were cleaned daily meaning that someone had to do their job in the dark but didn’t consider flagging this further again with the relevant people. I wouldn’t come back!
