"West End Hotel is a charming place to stay. Loved the staff! They went out of their way to take care of us. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas, and its location was very convenient to shopping, transportation, and major attractions. The room was kept clean all week, the shower was hot, the room was warm, and the bed was comfortable. The bottle of wine upon our arrival was a nice surprise and much appreciated. The staff arranged for a taxi on our last morning to get to the airport,...

"This is a nicely up kept building,a few steps from Gare St. Lazare. Cute, quite neighborhood with a bakery next door. The staff really make this place special. They're friendly, helpful and kind. My wife and I have stayed here the last two visits to Paris and we're likely to stay again."

"I really liked my stay but the pictures are the tiniest bit misleading. Not to say my room didn't look like the pictures but I didn't know how small the hotel was. I do enjoy small and quiet so it worked wonderfully for me. If that might make you uncomfortable than this isn't for you. It's local and the staff are wonderful."

"We absolutely loved this hotel and will return. The included breakfast was good. Although I have had better at other Paris hotels, this was good. My only feedback is for them to do a better job keeping the pool and sauna cleaner...that is why I provided 4 stars for the property condition instead of 5. "
