Nice, friendly staff. We had a Junior Suite which was very roomy (about 425 sq ft) and very, very nice. My only complaint about the place is this... if you go to the bar, Le 47, I would order wine, beer, or straight liquor, as the mixed drinks were very watered down. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel.

The staff was friendly but got nothing done. I asked for an iron, which I never got—for 5 days. I asked three times. The guests above and beside us were obnoxiously loud. The hotel staff did NOTGING to curtail the disturbance. We asked daily, one day even 4-5 times. The neighborhood is nice and location is great. Otherwise, the hotel needs work.
