"Wonderful and very high standards. The biggest breakfast buffet I have ever seen covering every diet you can imagine. We used the club as an upgrade and highly recommend it. Includes separate dining for breakfast and afternoon tea (we used as a lunch). Free teas coffee and soft drinks all day and free alcohol for 2 hours including cocktails. Excellent service in the club also. "

"Excellent hospitality, great location. We arrived a few hours before check-in after more than 17 hours of travel and the front desk staff were so kind to us and understanding about our level of exhaustion. They helped us get situated with coffee and then got us into our room early, which was so incredibly appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Second time staying here. Staff are fabulous. Never notified that they are constructing next door. Let down by not getting notified our booking at Palm Avenue was cancelled because of a New Year Ball. They also closed the family pool area down for this. The noise from music testing was off putting on the beach. I guess money being made from outside guests was more important than those resident. I wouldn’t mind normally but you pay a lot of money to stay here. "

"Good location. Close to the metro, and close to the Marina. Friendly and helpful staff. Having small kitchenette in the room was a plus. Unit itself though a bit outdated. Had some issues, which were resolved by the maintenance. Our room was facing the highway, so also had some road noise. "

"Graeat location with link to Mall of Emirates. Excellent staff. Superby housekeeping service from Emelia made my stay to feel like l was home despite the fact that it was peak season. The breakfast chefs were very good with the egg orders. The gym and swimming pool on the 24th floor have excellent views. I was not impressed with the aircon as the have fans that maintain room temperatures of 23°C and can not go above that hence a disadvantage on a chilly day."

"We enjoyed our week stay at the Grand Millennium hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Easy to walk to the metro. The spa was wonderful. The only issue was the shuttle didn’t have convenient timings so we weren’t able to use it"

Amazing staff and a wonderful hotel.

"We arrived in the morning after an overnight flight. Our room wasnt ready but we were offered a room to refresh if we wanted it. We were happy to sit by the pool and wait and drinks were supplied to us to cool down. After about an hour our room was ready. When we entered the room it was a WOW moment. Amazing 2 bedroomed suite with amazing views. Spent many an hour just watching all the action with boats coming in and out. We had breakfast included on our 5 night stay and they had something for everyone with an abundance of choice. Everyone at the hotel was polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble when we had a question. Tram stop 2 minutes walk from hotel and the monorail stop across to Atlantis was 5 minutes walk away. We loved Dubai as this was our first visit. We normally go to the USA and this was a totally different experience. JBR beach and the walk were amazing. The only bad experience was visiting the burj khalifa. We paid to visit yhe top and then queued for 2 and a half hours up and an hour and a half back down. Far to busy with no room at the top. Not worth the wait. If going to Dubai would recommend this hotel. "
