"Overall, a great stay; however, the rooms and mainly the washrooms need upgrading if not then deep cleaning is an absolute must. The hotel is old so the room had a damp smell to it. The bathtub and its curtain in the washroom had pink mold which was gross and uncomfortable for us. Positives would be the staff, the lobby, and the restaurants."

"This is a large, opulent hotel with several restaurants and a very helpful staff. They arranged transportation and a tour guide for our custom itinerary with no hesitation. The club level bar area was well worth the upgrade... delicious food served frequently and the wine was good. The service was the highlight, as they will go out of their way to accommodate you, and make sure you are happy. Highly recommend."

"We were staying for 2 nights at Le Meridien. Hotel enjoys a good location in New Delhi and has 3 restaurants, we tried two and both were very good. Foyer layout is a bit odd and concierge is tucked in at back so u r not clear what desk you are to go to for what. Staff are professional but some of the reception staff in hotel and at restaurant are too formal and not particularly friendly. My main issue with the hotel is that they totally overcharge for some basics. 2 small coffees and 1 small...

" An Impeccable Stay at JW Marriott AeroCity Delhi – Truly Exceptional! Our experience at JW Marriott AeroCity Delhi was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculate. The staff across all departments—lobby, reception, restaurant, security, and housekeeping—were exceptional. Each one greeted us with a warm “Namaste,” always wearing a smile and making us feel genuinely welcome with their top-tier hospitality. A special touch that made our stay even more memorable was the complimentary airport service. Additionally, as it was my wife’s birthday and our wedding anniversary, the hotel went above and beyond to make the occasion special. They surprised her with beautiful flowers and even upgraded our room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The hotel itself is luxurious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a peaceful retreat. However, one minor downside is its location—it is close to the airport but quite far from the city center, with no major shopping areas nearby. Traveling to historical sites and main attractions in Delhi can be time-consuming. It would be the icing on the cake if the hotel provided a free shuttle service for sightseeing, making it more convenient for guests who wish to explore the city. "Our stay was very nice. There was complimentary breakfast to go when we were up and leaving at 6:45. The buffet restaurant was open till 11:30pm. There was quite a bit of traffic outside but we couldn’t hear any of it. It did delay our driver once. Overall we would stay again!"
