"Definitely a futurist hotel. Looks really good and all the floors are unique and differents. Overall the room was clean, but the carpet was very dirty, which was unpleasant. Also, maybe the rooms should come with some instructions, cause we found it super complicated to adjust the AC.. We couldn't figure it out, and after multiple attempts, decided to call staff for help. Overall great experience! Also the restaurant has really good food, and their sweet sureau was fire!"

"This is a nice property but we didn’t feel the housekeeping standard was anywhere near 5*. Most days during our stay we had to phone reception to have the coffee, milk, etc replenished and on another day we had no towels. Small things but shouldn’t be happening at a 5*. If we stayed again we’d try to get a larger room (we didn’t pick a low category but ours was very small for 2 adults), I’d also want to avail of the beautiful views from the higher floors.
