"It is centrally located, well kept and well maintained. The front desk staffs say all the right things but they is no warmth. They look like they couldn't be bothered. Other staffs were exceptional. Tree triming at 8is am on Saturday right outside the room was unacceptable for this type of hotel."

"My son and I stayed here because it was close to Northeastern University. I didn’t know what to expect. I will stay here anytime I plan a visit back. They were so kind to get us in an hour early when I called very last minute. The place is beautiful, spotless and roomy. I felt safe also. Even walked to dinner just a couple blocks away.
