"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was so attentive and personable. They gave us little chocolates and treats every so often, knew our names and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we need. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. The hotel is centrally located to Edinburgh and even though we rented a car, we truly didn’t need it as we were able to walk everywhere. The food at the hotel is great as well. Visually, the hotel is also beautiful. 10/10 "

We wanted something that had the charm of the city but also convenient to the tram and rail station as well as walkable too. This hotel checked all of those boxes. Couple of relatively minor points- the apartment is quite big, the bed is too small and not that comfy.
