"Lovely boutique style hotel. We spent the night for my husband’s birthday. Room was small but well appointed and made good use of the space. Check in was really smooth and easy. We had some drinks in the bar - I felt the service was a bit underwhelming for a 5 star hotel bar (and associated prices..!). Waiters were perfectly friendly and nice but lacked the subtle urgency and attentiveness you’d expect from a bar like this. A bit of a wait for drinks, had to keep going to the bar to order /...

"I arrived into Heathrow airport and this hotel is so incredibly convenient, located a minute’s walk from Green Park, a straight shot from the airport. I’d taken a red eye from the US so it was amazing to have an unexpected early check in to recuperate. Lots of staff, very attentive and friendly. A beautiful bar & restaurant. Highly recommend this lovely hotel."
