"Convenience of the hotel to the train station and the airport. The rooms were a great size and beds were super comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't explore the rest of the hotel as it was an overnight stay. Otherwise, what we saw was very good. We would definitely stay there again. "

"This Hotel was a great hotel a few years ago and we always enjoyed our time there.On this visit I was surprised to find a lot of the little extras such as Tissue’s, Shower gels,just the little extras that made it special.The Hotel just needs updating and it will be the perfect place to visit for its so central to the centre of town and the main Train Station."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a good location right next to Picadilly station. We ate in the bar restaurant on one night and the food was very good. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay again when we are next in the city."

"Absolutely stunning hotel. The rooms are unreal, very comfortable bed. Bathroom was amazing and very clean and spacious. Wonderful staff. I can’t wait to return soon hopefully. Would highly recommend. Perfect location, especially if going to see a show. Just a walk across the road from the Theatre as well as Oxford Road station."

"The room was excellent. Kitchen are v well equipped. Nicely decorated. Attention to detail v good. Lots of plug sockets! Huge bed! Staff were super attentive & bar/lounge area on the 9th floor is lovely and v nice communal area to relax and have a drink (and not restricted by early bar closing times)"

"Overall it was a good stay for our 14 day visit. My only plight was the condition of our first room had a missing window pane and resulted in a very cold room. The hotel would then change our room in less then 24 hours. After our room change we had a much greater room but lacked certain amenities like control of the heater weaker plumbing. It's in a great location mind you and great for anyone looking to experience the heart of liverpool and it's culture. Staff was great and very helpful....

"We arrived far too early for check in but the staff still tried to find us a room. This wasn’t necessary as we were planning to explore the city. But as soon as we arrived the lobby, reception, and restaurant were all very well maintained and decorated charmingly for the Christmas period. Our room was spacious and comfy with tea, coffee, snacks and quality shower products provided. We ended up having our evening meal in the restaurant and both the service and food were great. "Beautiful hotel with a lovely pool and spa area. Excellent location. The only issue was the restaurant which was extremely loud and not ideal for our group. The library bar was closed and not accessible to our group unfortunately. The service in the restaurant at dinner was very poor we eventually left without an offer of deserts or coffees . "
