"Checkin was very inefficient, I had booked 2 connecting rooms and was told only one is ready, instead of sending me the other room’s keycard, I was told to go to the reception again to checkin for the other room when it was ready, in spites of the long queue. The breakfast was chaotic, the staff did not assign tables at the entrance, instead it was free sitting, very poor management. The hotel is rather dated, can be improved with some renovation. Otherwise, the price point is quite reasonable."
