She was actually quite rude and impatient to me as I asked her about the spa facilities in the hotel and time slot. I m v disappointmented with this experience. ever though every other staff was welcoming and helpful. but due to this female staff's unapproeritate manner ,we would never choose to stay in this hotel again.
