"I do not recommend this hotel at all. The hotel is in poor condition. Carpet stained all over, no pillow for all guests provided, smelly towels, shower mouldy. Bar/restaurant with loud music until late at night made sleeping impossible. We had to ask three times to owners to turn volume down. Avoid."

A/c was fixed at 24 deg C however so opening the patio doors at night (which have a screen you can wheel closed) was required for nighttime comfort. Shower was small by North American...

"Check in was a bit difficult as it was on Sunday, no one there and needed a code that wasn’t working. But the nice guy at the snack bar got it figured out for me and I was able to sit by the pool while waiting. The views from the sea view rooms are unbelievable and the pool is fantastic! I highly recommend the stay, just make sure to get checkin instructions. Beautiful place! "

"We spent 10 nights in the family suite and had a fantastic stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided helpful recommendations for sightseeing and dining. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The highlight was the expansive private patio, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the promenade, Old Town, and the train station. We would happily recommend this hotel to friends."

"A quiet, clean, comfortable hotel that is close to a train station. There is a Carre Four express across the street. All of the staff were polite, helpful and willing to listen to my attempts as speaking French. A bit quirky with masks of Looney Tune characters on the lamps in the rooms. Only 4* for the are because the restaurant selections within a 10’ walk were not plentiful. I would definitely stay here again"

"Beautiful location, old school charm. Quiet hotel, but outside can be loud if you have windows open. Hotel cannot control that, it is part of the price of being on the main coastal street. Great view. If arriving at night, hotel 15 from Nice airport. 15 min walk to old town Nice. Numerous bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk."
