"A nice hotel in a good area, I found the staff really helpful and friendly. The rooms are a bit dated but that’s ok, it was comfortable and clean, had a lovely view of the river. Great choice for breakfast. Had an evening meal which was also good. Happily stay again "

"Excellent location, very convenient for Salisbury Cathedral, Guildhall Market, Poultry Cross, tons of shopping, very accessible. Staff are excellent, very friendly & helpful. Great breakfast included. Hotel has a parking lot, additional cost of 7.50 GBP daily. Worth it if you have a car. About 20 minute drive to Stonehenge. Great place!"

"It was wonderful. The room and grounds were beautiful. There was a shuttle that took us into town so we didn’t have to worry about driving at night after enjoying the pub. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. "

Restaurant on site, cannot comment as we unfortunately couldn’t eat there as big time delay in food service. Many choices for dining in Salisbury a short drive away. Recently renovated, looks fresh and modern. Long corridors, two floors, no lifts. "The attention to detail at this hotel was amazing, made you feel very special. Fab you could stay in a luxurious hotel room with a dog, great private jacuzzi and the grounds were stunning. Our dog loved your dog agility course and our children had fun on the pumpkin hunt. We will def be back, definitely a special hotel - thoroughly recommend. "

"This hotel is convenient for visiting the city centre, cathedral and shops. My only criticism is that we were not forewarned about off site chargeable parking. This is not clear on the Hotel.com website. Staff and facilities at the hotel can't be faulted."

"An excellent stay in a property conveniently located for the delights of Salisbury. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Although no on site parking is available, once we found out that you can buy a parking ticket in the Central Car Park which remains valid for the following morning, all was fine. No early visits needed to buy a ticket. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would stay again."

"The staff was very friendly but I have to admit the internet even at times when I could connect was so weak, I couldn’t even access my emails. The shower has a power saver machine on it but the problem is the hot water cycles from cold to warm to scalding and around and around so you constantly have to dip under and out. I can’t say the stay was worth the price."
