"Our room was nice and cosy, although not very convenient with only 1 storage cabinet for a family of 4. The view is outstanding. The staff was polite and helpful, although with limited resources. The hotel sits on a cliff side, so it's not very easy to access all the rooms by foot, there is a shuttle service. "We had an amazing stay at Karuna. A little off the beaten path which is perfect if you want to escape the hectic town. Once up the hill, your greeted with peace and quiet and breathtaking views of the bay. The staff was very friendly and helpful providing us rides to and from town whenever we needed them. "Bahala Na Villas provided very kind and attentive service. The What's App communication made it very easy for us to chat with the entire team (esp Monic & Win) to schedule transportation, ask questions, and more. "Well what can I say - this place is fabulous - we were treated like a prince and princess from the moment we arrived. "Our trip to Lagen Island was amazing! My husband and I visited on a vacation, and I highly recommend you visit this place! The location is dream-like, and every day, we were amazed to be in such a beautiful, serene, and relaxing environment. We loved that the resort was built with nature, so we always felt surrounded by the forest and the ocean. Amazing activities are included, so they should be included in your price assessment. We went on two 4-hour and one 3-hour sightseeing, kayaking, and snorkeling excursions, and they were fantastic! The crew was kind and informative and got us to popular spots before all the other tourists. Winston was our guide on all our trips, and he is truly the best! Jonathan helped on your trips as well and made sure everything went smoothly. The resort also has great kayaking and a beautiful cove for kayaking and snorkeling. One of our favorites was the short hike over the island to a private beach. It was always empty for us, and we could walk, kayak, and swim on it. The resort itself is beautiful, and everyone was so thoughtful and kind. They were always available to answer questions and help make our trip perfect. The team members who became like family to us: Gamie was always around sharing information about the area and making great drinks! tip-happy hour is great! Bhel, Loisse, and Marceline ensured all our plans were booked, and we were always taken great care of. The food was also great! Stay here, you won't regret it! "
