"This is a great spot for meeting fellow travelers and organizing tours from. Like others have said, definitely a party hostel with free drinks from 7-11 pm. "Our stay was fantastic, but with one caveat. The wait staff leaves much to be desired as far as being able to take and fulfill an order. Twice we had dinner at the hotel dining room and both times the wait staff made at least one error on the order and even forgot to place the order. And then once I ordered lunch at the beach and they didn’t bother to include utensils or napkins. Having said that, the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. "Forest camp is quiet, serene where you can bird watch during the day, watch the sunset in the afternoon and go stargazing at night. It is locally owned and the family is very accomodating. There is no AC and it is a climb up many stairs but don't let that deter you from experiencing the beauty of the property. Lots of fruit trees, flowers and birds. It is close to food places, stores, a short walk into town and a quick tricycle ride. Forest camp is for the adventurous at heart."
