"Staff were friendly & professional. They got us into our room early which was fantastic after a long international flight. The mushroom gnocchi & ceaser salad we ordered from room service was great. Room was nice, good layout, great shower. The only problem was they were renovating several floors above so had to listen to the jack hammers for several hours until they stopped st 4pm "

"It was a great hotel to stay in, just book a harbour view room. We didn't use any of the facilities there as we were in meetings or catching up with colleagues while there. At check in we were offered a free rollout bed for my daughter who was going to sleep in the king bed with us as the hotel was fully booked.
