"Our 11 day stay was wonderful! We checked in from beginning of Christmas week to end of New Years week. All staff from the driver that took us to the hotel ( specifically Anthony) our 3 room attendants (Kent, Ian & Nina). The three kept our room cleaned and were very quick when we needed anything from housekeeping. The bar staff at the SkyPool were also great. They did an excellent job during the New Year celebration. The waiters that were very attentive to us in the Palm Tree restaurant are...

Very responsible , called for a ice and jacuzzi set up in the room at 1AM and didn't wait more than 2 minutes till someone came. Every day asked what I would like to eat for breakfast next morning. "The hotel is almost too big. Staff were friendly, but I prefer the smaller resort hotels in the Philippines. Staff are more attentive and it feels more homely. Hotel restaurant was expensive but goods. Five minute walk to the beach or transportation out front to get there easier. Pool was big and nice. There is a gym as well so that was convenient overall it was a good stay."

"5/6 nights. Unlike other countries (e.g. Mexico) that I felt obliged tipping staff members, in here staff members are somewhat shy receiving tips which makes me wanting to give more. Almost all staff members we dealth with are polite, respectful and nice. They clean the pool each day in the morning. We enjoyed watching the monkeys randomly visiting the balcony, they visited us once. I will surely recommend this place to friends and officemates for holiday. "
