"This place is my favorite place to stay when in Santiago. The staff here is excellent. I dont speak Spanish very well (some say not at all), but they were able to make me feel welcomed and went out of their way to make sure i was well taken care of. This property is walkable to shopping, restaurants and the town square which is always busy. I will definitely stay here when i return in a few months. "The hotel has just recently opened. We were the first guests to stay in the room. We stayed in the apartment, which was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable for traveling with children.
