"Staff was excellent, very attentive! Location of the hotel wasn’t the best. Halls were a little creepy since the light would turn on one by one as you walk by, like in a horror movie, breakfast was delicious, parking was paid, which is weird since it’s not a downtown location with limited parking… All in all a good bang for the buck."

"White marble floors in the lobby. Staff eager to please. Quiet room (31) away from the sidewalk. My only criticism is that they need to replace the plastic flowers with live plants, and I suggest that they paint the faded room doors in baby blue. The hand rail going down from the second floor to the first floor (third to second, in the U.S.) needs to be secured. Overall, excellent value for the money, smack dab in the middle of town on top of the mountain."

"Property was advertised as having wifi. It turns out, the connection in the room was spotty and very slow when it did work. It was impossible to conduct my online meetings in the hotel during my stay. I complaint at the reception and discussed the situation with Expedia. I checked out after two of the 5 day stay. The hotel would not agree to allow Expedia to reimburse me for the three days I did not stay. Expedia should be responsible for ensuring any claims, such as the availability of wifi,...

"We checked in, walked into the room and immediately felt the room was not clean, smaller than what you see in the pictures, there was hair around the toilet seat and around the bedroom. We literally entered the room and left within 5 minutes. I do not recommend. There was no hand soap, no shampoo, no body soap, nothing… I was only meant to stay for one night, and I didn’t know nothing is provided either. This place isn’t to a “hotel’s” standard, it should be referred to as a motel. "

"O hotel é grande e tem várias opções de lazer - e o sistema All Inclusive é conveniente. Mas não é um lugar para aqueles que querem descansar - e que não tenham crianças. As atividades na área da piscina principal são muito barulhentas, e na outra piscina, onde achamos que teríamos tranquilidade, os monitores trouxeram todas as crianças pequenas para se divertirem. "

"Atendimento excepcional. O chalé é de um conforto mediano. Muito frio na madrugada, o aquecimento do ar-condicionado não funcionou. As saídas de água do chuveiro estavam quase todas entupidas, mas falamos na recepção e o problema foi prontamente resolvido pelo Jonatan, que também nos recebeu quando chegamos. Muito simpático. Café da manhã muito bom e variado. Nossos pets foram muito bem recebidos. Creio que para o que o Hotel oferece, o valor da diária esteja um pouco elevado. "

"My stay was wonderful, the entire team was helpful, helpful, and committed to making sure I had the best. I have several dietary restrictions and I was satisfied with all of them, with an incredible menu. Chef Cida attended to me personally and I tried dishes prepared with great refinement, delicious and beautiful. Those were happy days! Super recommendation and my place to return for sure. Thank you Mr. Luiz for your Beautiful Refugio do Saci."
