"basically good but air conditioning inoperative with excuses about ambient temperature (the average daily maximum was around 75F and with the sun on the windows in the afternoon A/C was needed) the new control panel only operated to HEAT the room when the thermostat exceeded 80F! - for this reason I would not stay again from May to October- however gr8 brekky, not noisy despite having room on 1st floor looking on to street comfy bed and efficient shower. wonderful antique lift which worked...
