"I was satisfied with the cost by performance. I stayed here for 16 nights. The staff speaks Japanese, whose attitudes are polite and bright. The room was upgraded and clean. "It’s a small boutique hotel in old quarter and it’s close to everything. Even this property is a part of big hotel group it operates as a family hotel and give a feeling of home. Staff provide exceptional customer service (the best in Vietnam considering all hotels we stayed at). It included free breakfast and you can pick from couple options. Staff serving breakfast it’s amazing. If I come again to Hanoi I would stay at the same property just because of staff and their kindness. "

"We like our stay at this place. It's located off a busy street, still central in Old Quarter. Building is not new, but well-kept and clean. "This hotel served our purpose, which was to get a nights' sleep between flights into/out of Hanoi. The location seemed safe but it was off a run-down access road of the airport - not a neighborhood you would want to walk around. The hotel itself was clean and the room was adequate. We did not have time for breakfast in the morning. The pick up from and drop off to the airport was smooth. Again, this hotel was quite serviceable for our needs but not a place to stay for more than 1 night. "
