The key card didn’t work 3 times in the 7 days I was there, annoying to go back down over 29 floors in a small cramped elevator to get it fixed then head back on that elevator. It is also about 10 to 15 minutes from the Central pier complex which you can use to go to Kowloon, Lantau, Macau, and other places. There is a western style market maybe 30 feet from the entrance to the hotel. "I absolutely loved this hotel! I booked a suite and it was much bigger than the pictures showed. There were two of us staying there, and one of us had the bedroom and the other had the lounge. Easily big enough for both of us. Everyone working there was amazing. They do a happy hour between 1730 - 1830 (although only made it once!).
