"Staying for the 2nd time within a year. I checked in well before noon and the reserved queen bed room was not ready until later in the afternoon. The very polite and efficient front desk staff offered an option to take a 2-bed room instead. Since I was travelling solo I took up the offer which worked out perfectly fine.
