"The hotel was far from the hustle and bustle of cities. To go shopping or to visit tourist spots, you’d have to drive or take the shuttle bus provided free from the hotel. The hotel did have dining options though quite limited unless you opt for the buffet which was pricey. Due to its location, this hotel would suit travellers who don’t want to be in the midst of activities and action of big cities. "

"The Concierge of the hotel was excellent. The gentleman who assisted me with getting to my room, booking a limousine back to the airport is an asset to this facility. The in room dining was okay they just have to get the food to the room before it's less than room temperature warm. The only dislike is not being a lento adjust room temperature of 24c, it's as if they do t have heat "

"Stayed a night here, a lovely old building converted to hotel, recalls a lot of memories as I was brought up in a similar apartment when I was young. The only problem is the walk in shower's drainage is not very good"

"The hotel is a little difficult to find initially and transport by car not too convenient. Other than the above, all else are perfect. Shopping and dining options are plenty."

"Booked for 3 nights and extended for another 10. Just off the Nathan Rd in Kowloon. Close to MTR station, about 5 minutes walk. Many restaurants and shops in the area. Big clean room. Breakfast everyday had a good choice as well. Would recommend."

"Good sized room with an enormous shower area. Seperate sitting area. Very close to MTR station, restaurants and shops. Drinking water only provided once for eco reasons but other HK hotels provide daily in cans for recycling. TV in bedroom only provides basic channels."

"Excellent service, especially from manager Peter Li who is very helpful and proactive. Great location near MTR, shopping, eateries, etc. Also has many bus routes that go directly to many places without transfers. Can walk to TST."

Friendly & comfy home away from home

"I like accommodation that is clean, neat and functional for the tired traveller but without paying the extra expense for luxury that i don't need - and MK Stay was perfect for that. I initially booked a room that was great, then realised i should stay longer, and all that was available was a tiny room. Even so, this was ok for me and i was grateful that it was available. Things were thoughtfully laid out - there were enough powerpoints and good lighting with the combined bathroom/shower/toilet thoughtfully laid out. Linen was clean and the bed comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly and in some cases, exceptionally so. I felt at home after just a couple of days. My only complaint was about some very noisy customers in a neighbouring room, with kids shouting and screaming well after midnight (while parents stood by). I didn't sleep much that night. Other nights were quieter thank goodness. Overall i'd recommend this hotel and would happily book further stays. "
