"The road leads to the condo was quite bad as there were many constructions along the way. The property site seems to be safe with parking and living with comfortable bedding. "The shower was great the room nice and clean. The front desk was very nice checking in and out. They were nice and gave us a late check out. Only improvement i would suggest is that the bed is a little to firm (not uncomfortable, but not comfortable either)"

"The chwck in process was tedious. We had to check-in in in a different property and had to cross the main road to go the other property where our rooms were allocated. There were no bath towels in the room neither did they offered complimentary coffee, tea and sugar sachets or drinking water. they left a container of laundry powder instead. I didn't like the location. Grab taxis dropped our booking a couple of times because it was difficult to find our pick-up point. The room smelled like mould. There were bed bugs too. The walls and kitchen cupboard had dirt marks. I couldn't take a shower as soon as I arrived because there was no hot water readily available for use. I had to switch on the geyser water warmer button and had to wait for at least 30 min before i could take a shower. The toilet paper rolls looked like someone played with it, the toilet paper sheets were not full. "

"The stay is good, check in is smooth n check out. The only things is last time they do provide free shuttle bus but now is being charge 7Rm per person. You can prebook the shuttle bus online at 6Rm per person. Since there is no free shuttle bus provide hence there is no need to book hotels around there. Is inconvenient to go anywhere. Overall the stay is good except for the shuttle bus service "
