"The hotel was completely renovated and modern. The service was excellent and the location was ideal, just 5 minutes walk from the Doge palace and the main St Mark’s piazza. They have a popular cafe downstairs which is apparently well known in the area and gets a lot of traffic for the excellent cafe and desserts. The only down side was they don’t have an option to include breakfast (probably due to space, as the hotel is quite small) and for some reason they don’t provide a clothes iron....

"This stay was amazing, though it should be noted that Arlecchino was closed down and the hotel booking was actually for Hotel Olympia next door. This was an AMAZING hotel, the staff (specifically Maria) were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was gorgeous and had canal views out the window. Location was right by the Piazzale Roma (transit) and great restaurants with easy walking access everywhere. Highly recommend!"

"Staff were super friendly and helpful. Junior room was amazing; it easily fit family of 4. Breakfasts were a nice touch. I really loved being right next to the train station as it made travel easy. The bar had a good espresso machine and staff knew how to make good espressos and cappuccinos. The hotel arranged a free private trip to murano which the kids loved."
