"The room was a bit smaller than expected but it was okay. The bathroom is a lot more modern than the bedroom. Bedroom could be renovated, so it would look a bit more beautiful. Room service was good, and the bathroom was also very clean. Some workers at the reception were a bit rude but others were very kind. "

"I have been back 3 times now. For the price and facilities you get in this location you can’t beat it. It is a very trendy place and easy to use. Extremely quiet compared to any other hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms must be lead lined and padded or something. One thing that gets to you after a while is lack of windows. Nice at first as I sleep better but my body clock gets screwed up and I found myself checking my watch every few hours to see what time it was. Not a major problem but I found it...

"Stayed at this hotel solo for my first time in London and overall was pretty good! Location was incredible and room was quite small, but was fine for 2 nights. There isn’t really a hotel lobby and people constantly in and out, including going to the rooftop. As long as you’re not spending a whole lot of time there, then you will be fine but was missing some basic stuff like room service and only had a combo body wash/shampoo so that was a bit annoying.."

"Great place to go for everything you need! The staff were super friendly and helped out with whatever I needed. No windows in the rooms but having stayed at a few Zedwells now that’s the norm - and for good reason. Zedwell is purely a place for sleep, meaning you get a super comfy mattress and no windows to leak the light in. You can be subject to noise from the tube early in the morning but for the price I wouldn’t complain"
