"The hotel was very nice, clean and quiet. We checked in late in the evening and checked out the next morning so didn't get a chance to explore the area. The bed was very comfortable and I especially loved the upgraded quality of the body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. I normally travel with my own but didn't on this trip so especially appreciated these."

"From what I understand, the building switches off the ability to use A/C at the beginning of October, and there is only the ability to switch on the heat. Since it is still warm outside, our room was between 79-81deg F (25-26 deg C) the entire stay. The high temperature in the room made it too hot to sleep at night and was very uncomfortable. There is no recycling on site and the buffet breakfast was the same every morning."

"This was my second visit to this hotel. I was impressed by staff kindness on my first visit 6 month ago and they did not let me down this time either. Lots of fine dinings around the area (walkable) and hotel location was great. It is also much quieter than Gangnam station area where I used to stay. Room was also very spacious compared to other business hotels in the area. I would definately recommend this hotel for your visit in Seoul "

However, the sink is too small and wall sockets not particularly placed conveniently. Area around the hotel a bit dirty and not much to do there. "

"Bottomline up front: I would stay here again. First off ALL of the staff and manager were AWESOME. They all provided top notch service. We stayed there during Chuseok, so unfortunately we did not try the cafe downstairs. But the ambience was warm and welcoming. I used to live in Seoul and knew what to expect from Korean hotels. Beds are Korean style, which some westerners may find uncomfortable; I did not. The staff called cabs for us and took care of all of our needs. Ice is available...
