"The experience was okay, nothing to be excited about. The room is only clean every other day which was a downer, and the pool closes at 10pm, which we found a bit early as we came back from visiting the city around that time. The pool could also have used a bit of cleanup, there were some algae forming in some areas. Overall, we still had a good stay, but not a mesmerizing one."

"Our stay at Owen House was fantastic. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with good knives so you can actually cook, which came handy to us. The location is prime, next to the MRT and many bus lines, and across from a Mall which was fantastic. Sandra and the staff in general are amazing and very welcoming. I can't recommend enough. For the price and what you get, it's fantastic for Singapore! "

"Check in progress is quick, but the bellboy wasn’t really help. I checked in 1am with 1 toddler that slept in my arm and view luggage but no one help. I lost my baby bag and try to call the receptionist but no one pick up, when I go down the bellboy hold the bag and don’t even care to call my room. "
