"Great location and we paid extra for a suite which was well worth it. Staff, like all our other hotels touring Vietnam, cannot do enough for you. Very courteous and helpful. Traffic here is ‘unbelievable’. We thought Hanoi was busy. Saigon is manic. Try crossing roads at traffic lights and even then, take care. Do not dither, the bikes will drive round you. We had a great time here. "

"I stayed at the Lotus Saigon for a week. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop pool was fantastic for inner-city. The buffet breakfast included was good. I found it easy to ealk around and things like the market was closer than i thought. The staff were great with helping me to book tours also. I would happily recommend and stay there again"
