Also, great sea views, friendly and helpful staff, nice food, good value, and very clean. My only negative experience is only a minor one. "This is a very convenient hotel for Gatwick airport. The rooms are very sparse but clean and comfortable. Large shower room with good hot water pressure. There is a restaurant but it is not open on Sundays. The hotel has parking and a facility for airport parking and transport to and from Gatwick. We found the area quiet despite planes coming in and out. Great for stays of 1/2 nights or for picking up family from Gatwick as we had to do. "
